I am very happy to have found these classes. I go twice a week to Steve's and Andrea's classes. Both instructors are excellent. I feel energetic, I need less sleep, I feel great! The classes are highly beneficial for women and men. Andrea and Steve with the help of wonderful machines make you flexible and lean. The groups are small, you are carefully monitored and corrected, and the machine is adjusted for you taking into account your state of fitness. The combination of strength conditioning and stretching in the classes mean I’m injury free for more of the time and can train much harder. No two classes are the same and the variation is fun and engaging. ‘I see results and it is time well spent. Since the reformer elongates muscles as well as strengthens them, in 55 minutes you gain flexibility as well as muscle. It’s a very good use of time.
The real draw to the classes, however, is Steve. I have worked with five or six personal trainers in various places, and taken all kinds of classes. Steve is no doubt the most professional and attentive fitness instructor I have had. He strikes a balance and challenges without overwhelming. He notices everything about your form and alignment.
