Online Pilates
During the start of the Covid 19 pandemic, like many other fitness professionals, Activate Pilates moved online and started to run mat Pilates and circuit classes for our studio clients.
Nearly 18 months later we are happy to be back in our studio continuing with our signature refomer Pilates classes, but we are also continuing with our online classes.
We love teaching these classes and have endeavoured to keep them in the same teaching style as we use in the studio.
This therefore means we are keeping our classes relatively small (maximum of 14 clients) and live. This means we teach and do the classes with you, therefore allowing us to give feedback throughout the class. It also means we can keep the classes as a friendly experience where you are welcome to ask questions as you go.
