·       These classes are run by our chartered physiotherapist and are aimed more at people with, or recovering from injuries, therefore a 1:1 session can be required prior to booking onto a course of rehab matwork classes.  This is conducted by Alex, our physiotherapist, and will include a full assessment to ensure you gain the most from your classes.  You will also be given exercises to do at home to assist in the benefits to be gained from pilates.

·        Classes can be bought in blocks of 5 or 10 at £10 per class.  You then have complete feedom to attend classes as convenient, only paying for those you attend (though we do ask for 24hours notice so your space could be given to someone else).

·        If you do not have any injuries and wish to join our rehab matwork classes then you may need to attend a short introductory session to ensure you gain the most from the classes.  Please contact us to arrange this.
