___________________________________________________________________________· Activate Pilates opened in March 2009 to offer Cambridge reformer pilates sessions which will rapidly transform your body. · Our fast paced reformer classes fuse more traditional pilates with circuit training exercises, providing you with a pulse raising dynamic workout that will tone, sculpt and strengthen your entire body. · Activate Pilates also offer matwork classes and in all sessions numbers are restricted to a maximum of 6 people to ensure you receive the best possible instruction. · And with classes running throughout the day, 6 days a week it’s easy to find a class to suit.
· Come and try your first class at Activate Pilates for FREE and if you like what you feel then it’s easy to get started as sessions can be bought in blocks of 5, 10 or 20.
